Craven Company completed the construction of Cooney Law Offices, a build-to-suit major renovation and expansion of an existing building at the northeast corner of Washington St and Indiana Ave in Spokane, WA.   Craven Company provided comprehensive real estate, development, and construction management for the project. Our scope included site selection, property assemblage and acquisition, debt and equity financing, design and entitlement, and construction management.

Construction was completed in March 2016.
