Craven Company, LLC is a real estate development, investment and brokerage firm focused on the eastern Washington and northern Idaho region.  We develop and acquire retail, office, residential and multifamily property, as well as provide brokerage and advisory services.

MICHAEL CRAVEN

Mike Craven has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1999 and has wide ranging experience in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of commercial and multi-family real estate.  He has managed the development of commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate projects valued in excess of $150,000,000.  Prior to founding Craven Company in 2011, Mike spent 9 years at SRM Development, a highly regarded developer of large mixed-use projects spanning the West Coast.  At SRM, he was responsible for the planning, design, entitlement, sales and leasing of the 160-acre Riverstone development in Coeur d'Alene, as well as the leasing and sale of other office, retail and mixed-use properties in the Puget Sound and Spokane area.  Prior to SRM Development, Mike was a Sr. Product Manager at LoopNet, an online marketing service for commercial real estate and the nation's most heavily trafficked commercial real estate website. 

Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Washington and Idaho and a member of the CCIM Institute, Urban Land Institute.  He is a graduate of Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, where he obtained his bachelor's of arts degree in economics, cum laude.
